There is no meaning to anything I know that sounds negative but it’s actually really freeing when you realize this we get so caught up in trying to figure out the meaning of life and trying to figure out what this thought means or what this emotion means

We want to know if this thought is true or not and if this might happen but none of what’s Rising actually means anything for example when an uncomfortable sensation arises in the body he automatically believe it means something oh my God this is anxiety I shouldn’t be feeling this

And then a story arises about that sensation and the mind goes something bad is about to happen I can feel it and we think that thought means something we think that’s the truth because we have been giving those thoughts and Sensations meaning for so long yes the thoughts are here but don’t

Believe that it has to be true that fight to try to figure out if it’s true or not is unnecessary because it doesn’t mean anything it doesn’t mean it’s true and it doesn’t mean it’s false it has no meaning another thing we subconsciously may do is believe that whatever’s presence

Shouldn’t be here there is this belief that this should not be happening but it is and it’s already accepted by your being it’s the mind that fights with the mind to create rejection the mind is talking to itself going back and forth about how things should end should not be because it thinks

Something is wrong it thinks that itself is a problem it thinks that thoughts have meaning along with Sensations so it’s trying to find a way to fix this imaginary issue but even that fight that’s happening within the Mind means nothing can when you see that clearly that activity will

Fall away along with the identification to it you don’t have to figure out if this should be happening or not it already is and it doesn’t mean anything it’s not a good or bad it just is what it is so what happens if you realize it doesn’t mean anything try it try being

With those emotions and not attaching a story to them even if a story does rise don’t attach a meaning to the story don’t even listen to the mind when it says this has no meaning that thought also has no meaning don’t believe it the goal isn’t to stop

Thoughts or stop feelings from rising that’s to realize them for what they are which is ultimately nothing it’s to recognize that these thoughts and feelings have nothing to do with what you truly are they don’t Define you at all these thoughts and feelings and identities are all things we have collected they’re not

What you are and don’t accept this on a mental level me and don’t run to the mind for confirmation to see truth there is no truth and thought because they don’t mean anything you cannot solve suffering by using the very tool which is creating it you

Cannot calm the mind with the mind you cannot be yourself with the mind you can only think of yourself with the mind and who you think you are is not what you truly are without the mind trying to figure all of this out you can see how there’s never

Been anything wrong with any sensation you can see that it’s those thoughts that say there’s something wrong but those thoughts are meaningless when you bring awareness to these Sensations don’t even label it anger or whatever it may be just see that there is a sensation

That’s all no need to add anything to it it doesn’t mean something is wrong it doesn’t mean something is good and it doesn’t mean you have to do something about it thus be let go of all meaning Dean doesn’t even mean anything you can’t actually put words to it you can

Only bit the Mind cannot be only you can therefore stop looking for an understanding of this it will never find what it’s looking for the moment the Mind goes oh I got it it’s lying because it can’t get this another problem will just get created because the mind is never satisfied with

Anything it always wants and needs more it won’t accept how simple life really is it’s so simple it’s hard for the mind to accept but if you can really accept this and actually see this to be true to see that there is no true meaning there can be a

Shift in Consciousness awareness will level up in a sense or I’ll say your perspective completely changes which changes the way you experience this this will allow you to accept everything for what it is that you won’t be attaching meaning to what’s present because these appearances do not define you

You will get to a point where the truth of being becomes way more stronger than the Illusions there won’t be a rejection to the Illusions because they will still arise but there will be an intuitive knowing of what they truly are and they won’t affect you at all

So rejecting thoughts and feelings won’t be necessary because you’ll see they don’t actually mean anything and there isn’t anything wrong with it and it’s also not what it appears to be even if the mind is saying note there is something wrong with it even when the Mind comes up with excuses

Those thoughts mean nothing until you believe they do but beliefs go ahead finish it for me beliefs exactly they don’t mean anything they’re just thoughts if a thought Rises right now and said I am a yellow elephant you wouldn’t believe that you probably wouldn’t even pay much attention to it because you

Know it doesn’t actually mean anything you know it has nothing to do with you but because we have given so much meaning to certain thoughts they carry a stronger vibration when they rise and we think oh this must be true because the body is reacting in an uncomfortable way to these thoughts

But once again that sensation and thought combo mealed ultimately have no meaning at all when you are that space of none of this means anything those same thoughts and Sensations can rise and they won’t be a problem at all now I know in previous videos I talk about releasing emotions and I’ve

Recently realized how misleading the word releasing can be the word releasing paints this picture in your mind that you’re trying to get something out of here you’re trying to make it go away making it actually difficult to accept the emotion fully for what it is and this can cause you to believe that

Certain emotions are bad or that you have to do something about these emotions for them to release when I speak about feeling these uncomfortable emotions and releasing them it’s more of a surrender to them it’s realizing that you have the space to hold whatever emotion is present

It’s to realize you have the capacity to hold this for the rest of your experience if it was needed you have to ask yourself would I be okay if the body felt like this forever and the mind may say oh no this is bad that’s not possible that you actually can the

Answer is dies when you prove to yourself that nothing is wrong with emotions you get excited to feel them you get excited to transcend those appearances that you thought you had to run away from fear anxiety loneliness boredom depression and within us all of these labels fall away because those

Sensations do not mean anything we gave them a label and attached stories to it if a baby is feeling sad and it’s crying it doesn’t think this is wrong or bad until the parents start yelling at it and telling it to stop crying because you cry too much and crying is wrong

A baby doesn’t even label the sensation of sadness sadness it is what it is there is no meaning given to it it’s just what’s happening practice this continuously remind yourself that there is always space to hold any emotion remind yourself that there is nothing wrong with them nor do

They mean what the mind is saying it does see that those thoughts are okay also there’s nothing wrong with them and just because they are saying something doesn’t mean it means anything this is why identification with the body and mind continues to be here because we are believing that these appearances are

Evidence for this being your identity like if I say you’re not the body you may go but I feel like I am but whatever feeling you are referring to that confirms you are the body in your experience doesn’t mean anything it doesn’t matter if you feel like the

Face that sensation of the face is not telling you that it’s you that is the mind saying that and those thoughts do not mean anything five senses are not evidence for your identity they don’t mean anything you have those same five senses during dreams so why don’t you believe you are the
