One of the most challenging things for us to do is to relax but it’s also one of the most powerful things to do especially for our spiritual growth it may be the most powerful key to spiritual growth but why is it so hard to relax why can’t we relax when fear Rises
Why can’t we relax when the mind is on a run why can’t we have genuine moments of peace and Clarity and ask yourself this and notice what the mind’s excuses are and know that whatever it’s saying isn’t True but why I’ll tell you it’s because Consciousness is focused on what the mind is saying and creating instead of focusing on itself and you’re interested in the mind for many reasons we are so interested in its Stories the mind is the world and we have been taught to believe that we can
Actually get something from the World Acceptance love validation whatever it may be you think the source of those desire are found somewhere in the mind which makes you look out there for it instead of realizing you’re literally the source of it all you are the source of Love meaning you
Don’t have to go looking for it and the mind is so convinced that you need to be loved by something or someone else that’s one of its highest desires it’s what we all seek for we are so interested in its desires and fears but if you are on this
Spiritual path to Liberation and Freedom the mind isn’t the source you should be going to to find that using mind to find yourself or using the mind to relax doesn’t work it’s not wrong it’s not bad it just doesn’t work it’s never worked your whole life you have been depending on
The mind and all it’s done is make things worse I’m not trying to say the mind is bad because it’s not at all it’s an amazing tool but we have been using it to create a living hell for ourselves now I know we had no control over our conditioning but you’re old
Enough to take full responsibility now for your suffering because you don’t have to suffer a part of you is choosing to be cause you a built comfort in suffering and it’s very uncomfortable to break through Suffering The Mind always thinks it it’s unsafe you have to realize you aren’t the mind you aren’t
The one who believes you aren’t safe you aren’t the one who’s afraid you actually aren’t the one who’s suffering you’re aware of it so why continue that why continue listening and believing what it’s saying when you know deep down the mind will never take you to where you want to go never

The mind can relax is it asking how do you relax well first I’m not telling the mind to relax I’m telling you to relax meaning thoughts do not have to relax Sensations in the body do not have to relax they can’t only you can relax and when you relax the body and mind

Everything that’s happening within appears so real you can really feel like something is wrong and you are in danger and that’s because the mind is literally a completely different world it is the world but there is another place that you can experience this world isn’t necessarily real Consciousness is imagining it
You’re dreaming all of it thoughts bodies Sensations all five senses are a part of this dream but you can experience the source of this dream which is yourself while simultaneously experiencing the dream in the Bible they call this place Heaven the Kingdom of Heaven is within it’s not
A place you go to when the body dies it’s here and many other beings have experienced this and are experiencing this and don’t think for one second that you aren’t capable of that experience it’s your birth right plus you never left it you’re just pushing your Consciousness into to the hell that the
Mind is creating hell is the identification with the mind and body believing you are limited to form keeps you in hell because this is the only place where suffering can appear to exist you can’t enter Heaven as a person a person is a part of identifying as the
Mind you have to relax and let go of yourself to realize it you have to let go of this world and through this constant practice of relaxing every day you will get closer and Closer as Consciousness relaxes you will no longer get so involved with the mind and body you’ll just be watching it but it’s not separate from it at the same time this doesn’t mean you don’t interact with the world it all becomes one big play dance of Consciousness
You’re watching it in a very playful way there is no want or need for things to change because you’re in wholeness everything’s already complete here and this also doesn’t mean you’ll be lazy no you’re full of love and love wants to express itself so how do you relax I’ll explain
This the best way I can I’ll give an example let’s say thoughts arise and they trigger fear in the body what usually happens is you get pulled and the Heart begins to hurt and the mind starts to think think think it starts to think about ways to get out of this
Feeling oh let me go meditate for 5 hours let me avoid this person let me see if I can think about this situation this way so I can feel better the mind is constantly trying to find a way to protect itself always but that never works and it never will work and you
Know that you need to realize over and over that it doesn’t work that’s so important realize that thinking about something constantly doesn’t get you anywhere thinking about spirituality and thinking about trying to have a spiritual awakening thinking about if you’re doing something right or wrong it doesn’t get you
Anywhere it just leads you to frustration or confusion and makes you continue this seek for yourself so Paul take a deep breath or two if needed and relax with it don’t try to change anything you can relax while the mind and body are doing whatever it’s

Top of that fear a desire Rises maybe it’s a desire to stop feeling fear a desire to change something or to try to figure figure out what to Do don’t do anything just relax back into yourself back into Consciousness and let go do this over and over and over again you’ll feel those energies being pushed up through the body the heart will feel like it’s breaking it can be very comfortable but what’s happening is consciousness is trying to push these
Energies out they don’t want to stay in there they never did but the Mind perceives these feelings is wrong and not safe so you usually push everything back down just relax once again I’m not telling the body and mind to relax I’m telling you to relax conscious ious stop
Buying into this game of life and allowing it to swallow you up return back to your self-consciousness and allow yourself to fall back into the source of yourself everything you ever wanted is there everything we don’t have to make this process sound so unreachable it’s not easy I mean
Would you expect it to be easy what you are discovering is the highest realization ever of course it’s challenging and painful you don’t start a game and fight the boss right away you have to go through challenges to get to the end well the only challenge you have to beat in life
