Of emotional work or in the beginning of realizing that you can be here with emotions it can genuinely feel like the body is dying at times it can be so scary at times it can be so painful at times for the body there will be times where it feels like

However the body is feeling right now will never end but you can use your own experiences evidence that everything does pass and those emotions do end there’s not one emotion that has been here forever it may leave and come back but it’s true that it did end

This belief that the body has to feel better to be okay or it has to feel better to realize what you are keeps you in that waiting game which will forever keep you in that waiting state if you are waiting to feel better you will always wait to feel better

When you tell the universe or should I say when you tell yourself that you have to wait for something then that’s exactly how your experience will be you’ll just be waiting the same applies to when you tell the universe you want something if you want something and you’ll always

Be in that state of wanting instead of realizing you already everything you want because everything is you so in my experience shifting my perspective on emotions change everything I went from seeing certain emotions as energies that were against me I felt like the body and these emotions Define what I was there was

Still a lot of identification with form and I believe that the body shouldn’t be feeling like this I felt like I was being attacked by these emotions which caused so much resistance suppression and of course suffering when you realize that these emotions want to work with you and not against

You your relationship with them changes in the most magical way and I know how difficult this can be so please be patient with yourself this work you are doing isn’t easy it’s simple but it’s not easy but when you see that these emotions are rising for you and not against you you

Can see them as an opportunity to deepen your connection with self with your nature and it’s not a connection between you and something higher or greater than you it’s a connection with yourself so don’t get too confused on what I mean when I say a connection those emotions are giving presents the

Opportunity to strengthen itself which will show you in direct experience that you can be okay and at peace regardless of how the body feels what makes this so difficult to realize are the minds beliefs about emotions and the identification with the body and also there can be a lot of emotional

Blocks that the heart is still working through to release there may be identities with certain emotions you may think you are a sad person an angry person a fearful person but you’re not when your identity shifts to being here as presence instead of being here as a body it’s seen as

Sadness is here anger is here fear is here you no longer take these emotions personal because the person you thought you were is seen through there is no person here for anything to be personal including thoughts and emotions when there’s still a deep identification with form beliefs like I shouldn’t be

Feeling like this or this emotions mean something is wrong will appear as the truth there can be a need for a certain emotion to go away which also causes resistance and suffering and the most sticky thoughts are usually the ones that are telling stories about the person and these emotions of fear of

The future or whatever it may be and I know how frustrating that experience can be so this is my genuine advice when it comes to finding a way to be okay with what is and you have to do this work on your own you can’t watch this video and

Simply accept what I am saying on a conceptual level you can’t spiritually bypass when an emotions Rises and say well I’m not the body I’m not these emotions so I should be okay if you’re not actually experiencing that then you don’t actually see it so when an uncomfortable emotion Rises

Instead of believing that it’s bad see this as an opportunity for you to grow regardless of how uncomfortable it may be know that it’s here for you now if you can completely drop what the mind is saying about it but if thoughts are there that’s okay

Be alert and hear fully with the body but not as the body don’t be here as the body be here as the space that allows the body to appear you are the presence that is aware of the body and these emotions and you are this already the Mind May

Seek for it and try to figure out how to be that but simply realize that you are aware of the body so how could that which is aware of the body be the body the reason why you can be okay with whatever is here regardless of how the

Body feels is because how the body feels doesn’t Define what you are what you are is always okay it’s Untouched by the body it’s in touch by thoughts but at the same time it’s not separate from them so don’t imagine some sort of separation between what you are with those appearances
