The fear of feeling feelings causes so much unnecessary stress fear anxiety depression confusion the list goes on you see whatever you claim to be afraid of it’s not the object or the scenario that you are afraid of what’s actually happening is a thought rises in the form of an image or

A mini movie and then the body gets triggered by this thought which causes a very uncomfortable sensation to rise we then by into end believe we are afraid of whatever the mind is creating but actually it’s the feelings that we are running from it’s the present moment

That we are continuously rejecting as if we can actually Escape it if we weren’t afraid to feel what’s here now we wouldn’t fear fear or worry about what the mind is creating we wouldn’t cling on to these stories and try to figure out how to solve this situation if it actual like

Happens we wouldn’t be preparing for conversations or confrontations because our attention would be so focused on what’s actually happening now you see you don’t want to experience a anxiety not because of what may happen but because of how it will make the body feel you don’t want to take action

Because of how you believe the body may feel there is a fear of fear where I’ll say a rejection to uncomfort or I can even say we don’t have trust in presence there can be this belief that’s connected to discomfort and it may say this is wrong this means means something

Bad is going to happen this is something I need to fix right now but all of those beliefs are just the ego’s way to bring your attention back into the illusions that it creates so that it can appear to stay alive so let go of beliefs you

Genuinely don’t need them and if you believe you do well that’s just a belief if you were to let go of the fear of feelings the ego would begin to die in presence the concept of time will also begin to get seen through and that’s a very big realization that will really

Realize when it comes to dropping the fear of feeling feelings well once you realize that there is no Escape from the now you’ll realize that you can’t go anywhere to get away from these feelings and it will allow you to be with the most uncomfortable Sensations that

Appear in the body we usually run away from feelings because the mind will create worry it may say things like you can’t feel this right now you need to be worrying about this and that it may create some mini movie of something happening just so that you

Don’t feel these feelings but once you see that time doesn’t exist you’ll see that whatever the mind is creating is obviously a lie because that’s not what’s happening now and once again this won’t be a belief this will be clearly seen as truth now I know some may ask well how

Do I feel feelings and I’ll explain something first and then I’ll speak about about how to feel now this is very critical do not limit yourself as just the emotion meaning don’t identify as only this don’t claim it to be yours or don’t claim it to be something that is

Body to Define what it is meaning just because the body may be feeling pain that doesn’t mean it affects Consciousness because in real ity it doesn’t have anything to do with you the body dies but you remain the body can get thrown down flight of stairs and be damaged but you you’re

Perfectly fine and Untouchable you’re just experiencing the body but the body is consciousness because it’s made out of Consciousness everything is made out of Consciousness because that’s all there is so yes you are not the body but then again you are because everything is you so when we begin to feel these feelings

Be the body but also be the sounds be the sky be the room that the body is in don’t just notice these things be them it should feel very intimate noticing something can create the illusion of Separation in the beginning beginning because you’re imagining a you that is looking at something that you

Claim to be outside of you but we tend to do this because we place Consciousness inside the body so we think that everything that’s appearing to be outside of the body separate from us but don’t Place Consciousness inside of the body you’re limiting something that is Limitless the body is within Consciousness just

Like your phone or TV or computer is within Consciousness it’s within space and don’t believe this see this to be true and I know this can be confusing at times for the mind but if you don’t listen with the mind you will intuitively feel into exactly what I’m pointing

To with we usually try to contain Consciousness somewhere behind the eyes as if it can actually be located but if you go to the direct experience of where you believe Consciousness is you’ll notice and without believing in this that there is an awareness of that sensation it’s just like any other

Sensation of the body it may be stronger and it may feel more solid but let go of those ideas of what it is let go of labeling it the sensation behind th eyes let go of completely labeling anything don’t label these Sensations Sensations or fear fear don’t

Even label the body a body we don’t know what any of this is we just created labels and ideas but in truth we know nothing and if you if you let go of knowing you’ll be able to experience everything for what it is and what is it I don’t know nobody Does try this right now notice what we call the hand go to the experience of the Sensation that we labeled as hand now if you drop this label meaning you drop the mind and Concepts what we call hand become comes nothing and even calling it nothing is a

Label it just is what it is I can’t use language to talk about the experience it can only be experienced so apply this not knowing practice for that sensation behind the eyes and just experience it for what it is and you’ll notice so something is aware of this this

Sensation now don’t go looking for where Consciousness is because you won’t find it because it’s what you are you can’t find yourself you are everywhere and nowhere and don’t get confused on being everywhere and also being nowhere both of them point to the same truth so if

You want you can choose to be everywhere or you can choose to nowhere those ideas have nothing to do with the direct experience this also applies to the concept of being everything and being nothing just pick when it doesn’t matter you can only be either everything or nothing so back to feeling

Feelings you are Consciousness experiencing this Avatar meaning you are experiencing ing these emotions but they aren’t yours because there is no separate person here to claim it as theirs now while these emotions or Sensations are here in the body don’t just be aware of them I know we can get

Stuck on being awareness and just watching and sitting there but you don’t have to sit with depression and be depressed all day that’s not what feeling these feelings mean that’s just being aware of feelings you are the power that can integrate these feelings into Bliss or into Joy or into calmness you are

Literally the force of Life for those who are stuck and just sitting as awareness it is okay for you to want to feel good you have the opportunity to choose a higher vibration you don’t have to stay in fight or flight your whole life and only be at peace during meditation so now knowing that you are

Consciousness and Consciousness is everything and you are this light bring yourself into these feelings and feel them fully even though they aren’t you directly and they are just appearances within you do not create create separation between you and what’s appearing you see we only reject emotions and feelings because we place

Them outside of Consciousness and when we place things outside of us that’s when they can appear to attack us that’s when they appear to create conflict but if you are one with everything and you are then how could there be anything out inside of you that can create

Conflict bring these emotions home bring them back into the light bring the whole body back into the light bring your environment back into the light they actually never left when you feel these feelings allow them to express themselves fully if fear is here welcome it be so grateful for it

Allow the body to shake if it has to shake if sadness is here instead of running from it ask for more of it and feel it do the opposite of rejection if anger Rises ask for more of it you don’t have to take it out on anyone this is for you to completely

Integrate and feel through them so that that fear of feeling feelings begins to drop away you’ll no longer be afraid of feeling fear it may rise and that’s fine but it will no longer control you it will no longer bring you into the stories of the mind everything will just be felt ra
